The hut is part of a World War 1 Army barracks that has been a community centre since the 1970s.
Directions:
Park in the carpark and follow the path on the right side of the big hall - Hut 44 is across the grass, decorated with dancers & musicians.
The 428 bus from Martin Place to Canterbury via Broadway, City Road, King St and Enmore Rd stops right outside the Centre (Stop #220476) in Addison Rd opp England Ave.
