The Bush Music Club involvement in the Scouts movement started in the 1960s & 70s with Bob Bolton's father and other scout leaders.

NSW scout numbers peaked in 1971, and the 9th Australian Jamboree at Leppington was attended by 16,000 scouts.
Our Saplings tutors were involved in helping Scouts with their Entertainer, Music and Performing Arts badge work.
